Research Interests:
Dr. Behkam’s research focuses on micro/Nanoscale systems engineering with special interest in biotic (living)/abiotic (synthetic) interfaces. Her current research interests include: bio-hybrid microrobotics, living machines, bacteria-based theranostics, biological microfluidics, and physical chemistry of cell-surface interaction.
