Welcome to the Macromolecules and Interfaces Institute. Officially known as MII, we are located on the campus of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA, and nestled between the scenic Blue Ridge and Allegheny mountains.

Located in front of Burruss Hall is the April 16 Memorial. The memorial consists of 32 Hokie Stones set in a semicircle, representing all those who were lost on April 16, 2007. At the center of the semicircle is a single Hokie Stone to honor all of the fallen and injured victims.

Thank You for visiting!!
